FEDAS Luxembourg
FEDAS Luxembourg is the employers' federation and the main network of organisations in the social sector in Luxembourg. A recognised player at national level, FEDAS Luxembourg represents the interests of its members, supports the professionalisation of practices and promotes innovation in the service of a more inclusive and supportive society.
Who we are ?
Originating from a group of associations created in 1977, FEDAS Luxembourg was officially founded in 2018 to structure and strengthen the representation of the social sector.
Since then, she has pursued the same ambition: to unite, support and promote those working in the social sector in order to guarantee appropriate working conditions, sufficient resources and high-quality services for users.

Our federation brings together more than 200 organisations active in Luxembourg's social sector. By joining FEDAS Luxembourg, these organisations benefit from a dynamic professional network, strong sector representation and access to dedicated resources, services and thematic platforms.
