SAS Collective Agreement

The Collective Labour Agreement for Employees in the Care and Social Services Sector (CCT SAS) defines the relationship between employers and employees. FEDAS Luxembourg is one of the negotiators of this agreement, alongside trade unions and other partners, with the aim of defending the interests of the sector.

What will change in 2025

• New collective agreement: Effective 1 January 2025, for the period 2025–2027.
• New index bracket: Applicable from 1 May 2025.
